By accessing or using TrendTrooper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TrendTrooper provides algorithmic trading signals, market data tools, and automated trading dashboards for informational and educational purposes. We do not provide licensed financial advice.

3. Not Financial Advice

All signals, data, and content on TrendTrooper are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading involves significant risk, including the risk of total loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time from your account management page.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Access Tokens

Upon subscribing, you receive a personal access token. You are responsible for keeping this token secure. Do not share it with others. TrendTrooper is not liable for unauthorized use of your token.

6. Prohibited Use

• Sharing access credentials or tokens with non-subscribers.
• Scraping, redistributing, or reselling signal data.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TrendTrooper and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or losses of any kind arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
